What to send us
Your order number
It starts with EU, like EU-7K3P-9QXM. It’s at the top of your order page and on your receipt, and it’s how we find the order.
The email address you sign in with
Your account and your orders are kept under that address.
What happened
What you were doing and what you saw, for example the step where installing stopped or what the order page said.
Never send us your sign-in code or your eSIM’s activation code. Anyone who has either of them can use it.

If something is wrong with an order
Your account lists the orders you’ve placed. Each order’s page shows how far it has got and, once the eSIM is ready, the QR code and the details for adding it by hand.
