Who these terms are between
These terms are the agreement between you and us. “We” in these terms is Eurosimo LLC, a limited liability company registered in Georgia, which runs this shop under the name Eurosimo. They apply to every purchase you make on this site. They are written in Georgian and English, and both versions say the same thing. You can read and save them on this page at any time. Our company details page says how to reach us.
What you are buying
A data package for a phone that supports eSIM, covering one country, a group of countries, or a wide set of them. Each plan's page states its data allowance, how many days it is valid for, and the price. You are buying data only. These plans carry no phone number, and they cannot make calls or send text messages. Your existing SIM stays in your phone and keeps your usual number active for both.
What you need for it to work
A phone that supports eSIM and is not locked to the carrier that sold it. Many recent phones qualify, for example iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy S and Z models. Checking this is your responsibility and it takes a minute: on iPhone, open Settings, General, About and look for an EID number. Our help page explains how to check on Android. If you are not sure, check before you buy rather than after.
How the price is set
Prices are shown in euros or US dollars, whichever you choose. Each currency has its own price, set in that currency rather than converted from another one at the moment you pay. Orders paid earlier in Georgian lari were charged in lari, and any refund of one is made in lari. We buy wholesale in US dollars. Where a conversion is involved, we use the National Bank of Georgia's official rate, and we add no separate conversion fee. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay us. Your own bank may apply its own charge, which is between you and them.
How the order is made and delivered
Choosing a plan and paying is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we confirm the order and deliver the eSIM, not when you press the button. Delivery is a QR code on your order page, which appears as soon as your eSIM is ready. We install nothing on your phone and we cannot install it for you. Scanning the code and adding the plan is something you do on the device.
When the plan starts counting
Your plan details state when its validity begins: at purchase, installation, or first connection to a covered network. Check this before choosing when to buy or install the eSIM. A plan that starts at purchase begins counting when you buy it. A plan that starts on installation begins counting when you install it. Buy or install those plans close to when you intend to use them. Where our supplier does not confirm a plan’s start rule, we do not guess it.
What happens if something goes wrong
If we cannot deliver an eSIM you have paid for, you get your money back in full. If the eSIM is delivered but does not work, tell us. We will look into it with the supplier and try to restore the service before a refund becomes due. Our refunds page sets out the windows for reporting a problem and for us to fix it. We are not responsible for the coverage or speed of a foreign operator's network in a particular place, for a phone that turns out to be locked, or for data used by your own device's background activity.
Your right to change your mind
Georgian consumer law gives you the right to withdraw from a contract made at a distance, such as a purchase on this site, within 14 days and without giving a reason. The law does not give this right for a purchase of 30 lari or less. If you pay in euros or US dollars, we compare your price with that limit at the official rate of the National Bank of Georgia on the day of your order. The law makes an exception for digital content, and we treat an eSIM as digital content. Where the right applies, it ends once your eSIM is delivered, if you asked for delivery to start straight away and accepted that you would lose the right. Placing an order does both. By placing it, you ask us to deliver your eSIM as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you accept that, where you have a right to withdraw, it ends once your eSIM is delivered. The same goes for adding data to an eSIM you already have: by placing that order, you ask us to add the data as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you accept that, where you have a right to withdraw, it ends once the data is added. With each order, we keep which version of these terms, and which wording of that request, applied to it. Our refunds page explains how to withdraw before your eSIM is delivered. We also make a promise of our own. Until the eSIM is installed, you can still change your mind and have your money back, on the conditions our refunds page sets out. If the eSIM does not work, installing it does not stop you asking for it to be fixed or refunded. Nothing in these terms reduces the rights the law gives you when something you bought is faulty.
What we are liable for
We are responsible for selling you the plan you chose, as its page describes it, and for delivering it. What happens if we fail at either is set out above, under “What happens if something goes wrong”, and on our refunds page. If we break these terms, we are responsible for the loss this causes you that was foreseeable and follows directly from the breach. We are not responsible for the three things that section lists: a foreign network's coverage or speed in a particular place, a phone that turns out to be locked, or data your own phone uses in the background. None of this takes back anything our refunds page promises. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. That includes harm we cause deliberately or through gross negligence, harm to your life or health, and your rights under consumer law when something we sold you is faulty.
Changing these terms
We may change these terms and our refund policy, for example when the law changes or when what we sell changes. A change never reaches back to an order you have already placed. Your order stays under the versions of both that you accepted when you placed it, and we record which versions those were with the order. Anything you buy later is under the versions in force when you place that order.
Which law applies and where disputes go
These terms, and every purchase you make from us, are governed by the law of Georgia. Georgian courts can hear a dispute we cannot settle between us. If you live in another country, this does not take away any protection that country's consumer law gives you and that cannot be set aside by agreement, including any right it gives you to have a dispute heard by the courts where you live. If something is wrong, we would like to hear it first, as the Complaints section below explains. You do not have to come to us first. You can also complain to the Georgian authority responsible for consumer protection, go to court, or, if we both agree, use mediation or arbitration.
