What you need before you buy
Four things, and the first is the one worth checking before you pay.
- A phone that supports eSIM and isn’t locked to the carrier that sold it.
- An email address. You sign in with a code we send there, and your orders are kept under it.
- A bank card to pay with.
- A reliable internet connection for installation, such as Wi-Fi.
There’s no SIM card to swap and nothing to collect. The eSIM is added beside the SIM you already have, and your usual number keeps working for calls and texts.
