Getting a receipt
Once an order has been paid for, its order page has a “View receipt” link under the “Order summary”. You’ll find the order under “Payment history” in your account.
The receipt shows which order it is for, when you paid, the destination, the plan, the amount paid and what you agreed to when you bought it.
To print it, choose “Print” on the receipt. Your browser’s print window can usually save it as a PDF instead.
It’s a record of your payment. Our company’s registered name, address and tax details aren’t shown on it yet, and will be added once they’re published.
An order that hasn’t been paid has no receipt. If a payment is refunded, its receipt says so.
