Signing in

  1. Choose “Sign in” and enter your email address.
  2. We email you a 6-digit sign-in code. It works for 10 minutes.
  3. Type the code in, and you’re signed in.

If you’re new here, the same code creates your account. There’s nothing else to fill in.

If the code doesn’t arrive, look in your spam folder, then ask for a new one.

With Apple or Google

Where the sign-in page shows them, you can choose “Continue with Apple” or “Continue with Google” instead of a code. You sign in on that company’s own page and come back here signed in. Your account is kept under the email address that company confirms, and if you’re new here, this creates it.

Sign in the same way each time. Your orders are kept under your account’s email address, and a sign-in with another address is another account.

If Apple hides your email address

With Apple’s Hide My Email, the address on your account is a relay address from Apple, ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com, and it’s the address your “Profile” shows. Your orders are kept under it. To see where it forwards to, look under Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings.

Apple passes on mail sent to the relay address only from senders registered with Apple. If a code or an email about your order doesn’t reach you, write to us. When you write to us, give us the relay address, so we can find your orders.

We never ask for a password, so a message asking you for one isn’t from us.
