Reusing or moving your eSIM
An eSIM’s code works once. When a phone downloads the eSIM, the code is used up, and the eSIM stays on that phone.
On another phone
Install the eSIM on the phone you’ll travel with. Once it’s on a phone, it can’t be installed on a second one from your order page.
If you’re changing phones, write to us with your order number before you delete anything, and we’ll look at it with you.
If you deleted it
A deleted eSIM can’t be added again with the same code, and its status in “My eSIMs” then says “Removed”. Write to us with your order number.
On your next trip
Each eSIM comes with its own plan, for the destination and the days you chose. When the plan ends, the eSIM stops connecting.
While the plan is still running, you may be able to add data to the same eSIM. Otherwise, a new plan comes with a new eSIM to install.
