Checking how much data is left

Open the eSIM from “My eSIMs” in your account. Its page shows the data and days left. “Data used”, under “Plan details”, shows how much the plan has used, how much is left and until when it runs.

The figures appear once the eSIM is in use.

They are our supplier’s last reading, not a live meter. Use can take 2 to 3 hours to show, so your most recent use may not be counted yet. “Data used” says when the figures were last updated, in UTC.

Running low, and running out

When a fifth of the data or less is left, the eSIM’s status says “Low data”. When none is left, it says “No data left”, and the data stops. Nothing more is charged.

Where your eSIM can take a top-up, “Add data” on its order page adds data to the same eSIM. Otherwise, buy a new plan.
